About Harvey
As of Jan-2013: Harvey is a 4-month-old kitten in Scotland born without bones in his front legs. He is the fifth cat with this condition since 1979. Thanks to an online fundraising campaign, Harvey will have surgery in a few months to insert metal pins into his legs.
