About Gillie

"Gillie was one of a litter of 5 on a local farm. We took 2, and named them Gilbert and Sullivan, or Gillie and Silly. We picked the wrong names. Gilbert was the silly one and Sullivan was much more adventurous, too adventurous. Gillie is now almost 8 and is an indoor cat (somewhat to his displeasure) due to an increase in the local wildlife. My wife longed for a ginger cat for years and we both love this big, floppy, mellow, golden fluff ball (in spite of the expense of lint rollers)." ~ Dwight Sipler. [27-Mar-2013]
